Market Closures and Early Dismissals

Impact on Trading
On days when the stock market is closed, no trades will be executed. On days when the market closes early, trading will end at 1:00 PM Eastern Time (ET).
Holiday Closures
On days when the stock market is closed for a holiday, all orders will be canceled and no overnight trading will occur.
Early Dismissals
For early dismissals, all orders that are not executed by 1:00 PM ET will be canceled. If a trader has an order that is pending at the time of the early dismissal, they will need to resubmit their order after the market reopens.
